Now back to your originally scheduled Paris sister

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Sure, school records are impressive. Athletes spend their four years contributing -- a little at first, then more and more -- until their enshrined in the record books. Of course, that is just what usually happens. If you're Courtney Paris, it's a bit different.

The junior forward has played two seasons, but only needed seven rebounds in this game to become the Sooners' all-time leading rebounder.

Paris snagged her sixth board -- good to tie the record -- right around the same time late in the first half when she finally got her first bucket of the game. She'll have to pick up the scoring pace to keep alive her streak of 61 consecutive double-doubles, a run that goes back to the first month of her freshman year.
