Lady Vols win thriller on last second FTs

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.- For 59 minutes Nicky Anosike could hardly get anything to fall, with 0.2 seconds left she gave Tennessee a 59-58 lead over Rutgers and one of the biggest wins of the season.

Rutgers held a 58-57 lead until Anosike was fouled under the basket as time ran down. The referees concluded there was 0.2 seconds remaining on the clock. Thompson-Boling Arena erupted after both of Anosike's free throws.

The final game recap will come after the press conference.

The NCAA should suspend the Tennessee clock operator for the remaining of the season, and suspend the refs for failing to see that the clock was CLEARLY held on the rebound. If the head official is saying that he called the foul prior to the clock being held, he is not being truthful. You can clearly see he had not made a move as the clock was being held for at least 1 second
