Rutgers lead as Lady Vols struggle to score

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.- Rutgers has built a 44-41 lead behind strong defense and a struggling Tennessee offense. The Lady Vols have only two made field goals in the last 22 minutes of action, a jumper from Angie Bjorklund and a layup from Candace Parker.

Tennessee has been able to get to the free throw line, but has been unable to make jumpers. The Lady Vols are 1-of-15 in the second half and are shooting 26 percent for the game.

Both teams have players with four fouls. Epiphann Prince, Rashidat Junaid and Myia McCurdy have four For Rutgers. Bjorklund and Alexis Hornbuckle have for Tennessee. There is 7:15 left in the game.
