Hokies Scrap and Claw

By David Scott - February 03, 2007

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Hokies continue to chip away at the 21-point halftime lead and are making a concerted effort to drive the lane more and take some more 3s, an obvious necessity.

Still, BC has managed to maintain a 14-16 point lead and with 11:21 left in the game, the Eagles lead is 57-43.

. . . The progression and maturation of BC sophomore guard, Tyrese Rice has been most noticable over the Eagles past dozen games or so. Rice is taking batter care of the ball, distributing with aplomb and also knocking down key 3-pointers.
