CAA: Hofstra Inching Closer

By David Scott - March 03, 2007

RICHMOND - Mason continues to lead 45-34 at the under-16:00 media timeout, but they are a bit out of rythym, having just turned the ball over on a shot clock violation before the timeout.

Hofstra is poised for a run and it feels like it's coming very soon. However, the way Mason likes to slow things down could hinder the Pride's attempts to get it back in large chunks.

This one could very well come down to coaching and two of the CAA's finest are in the trecnhes in Tom Pecora and Jim Larranaga.

. . . Where the heck did Lindsay get a roast bef sandwich from? The WCC has "delicious roast beef" sangwiches and I'm stuck with fresh popcorn and crisp pretzels? Can a brother get some love or do I need to hop a flight to the WCC for my food-love?

I guess I shouldn't complain too much - we did have the delicious carrott cake for dinner and those tasty, warm biscuits as well. But a roast beast sure would hit the spot right now - especially one from Kelly's in Revere, Mass.
