MVC: A delay in the action

The refs are trying to figure out who should be in the game for WSU. Coach Hinson is yelling (from a distance) to find out what the problem is, Wichita's PJ Couisnard tells Hinson that the refs think he shouldn't be in the game. Hinson waved his arms at him as if to say that's no big deal.

Whatever the problem was it was resovled.
