MVC: Ahearn getting hot

Blake Ahearn put up a quick five points to help cut into a 12 point Bluejay lead and the Creighton coaches are letting the team have it for being too soft on defense during that stretch.

Another thing the coaches have been emphasizing is rebounding, and Creighton is killing MSU on the boards 13-7.

Tolliver is back in the game with two fouls.

With 7:31 to go in the half, the Jays lead 22-16.
