MVC: Creighton finishes the job...

...and perhaps Missouri St too. We'll see.

The Jays were never seriously threatened down the stretch as they knocked out the #3 seeded Bears 75-58. That's the third win for the Jays over MSU and pretty much guarantees they'll be ahead of the Bears in the eyes of the committee. MSU had two long, cold stretches from the floor and just couldn't overcome that.

Nate Funk had a huge game with 33for Creighton. Blake Ahearn had 20for Missouri St, but only 5 after halftime. Deven Mitchell added 19for the Bears.

The top two seeds, Southern Illinois and Creighton, meet in the final tomorrow.
