MVC: Franklin finds the range

Coming out of the timeout Northern Iowa passed the ball around, and Jared Josten had a good look from three, but passed on it. McKowen was then forced to put one up to beat the shot clock, and it was an airball (seventh of the game, but who's counting).

Franklin then brings the ball down the floor holding for the last shot. As he comes off a screen into traffic, he fumbles ball at three point line picks it up, throws it up with a hand in his face, and it goes with 2.7 left to win the game.

Franklin finished 4-14 from the floor, but the misses will be soon forgotten. He had 12 points and JJ Tauai led the Braves with 16.

Bradley will take on Southern Illinois tomorrow.

Grant Stout was for the Panthers. He had 19.

The evening session will start pretty soon because this one ran long.
