MVC: Southern now on top

A quick 5-0 run has put SIU on top for the first time today. Tatum hit two free throws after Creighton was called for its first foul of the half at 7:17 (SIU only has 3 fouls), then Wes Clemmons hit a 3 after a stop to put the Salukis up.

Also, thankfully, the pillow is gone from Tolliver's nose.
