MVC: walk or foul?

For the second time in this game, two players went up to catch a pass, ran into each other, and the Drake player came down with the ball and fell. Once again, neither a walk nor a foul was called. I'm going to have to dig out my old rule books. I feel like I missed a memo somewhere and that the rule that said if you fell with the ball was traveling must have been changed.
