SEC: A Close One to Start

By David Scott - March 08, 2007

It's nip and tuck as the Hogs hold a 12-11 edge with 11:57 left in the half.

South Cariolina's Dominique Archie was taken to the locker room with 13:28 to go in the half and was favoring his left leg. The freshman came in to the game averaging 9.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.

. . . We're back on the Doc Pep, but it's not doing as much as we had hoped for our sluggishness. Might be time to add sugar packets to each cup full. Then we'll be live-blogging like a madman!

. . . It's taken us too long to point out but the stats hander-outers that the SEC employs are one fabulous group of friendly ladies. It feels a little like the ladies they put on campus for recruits to show them how friendly the campus is. There's no way I'd write a bad word about this conference with the lovelies providing me my stats sheets and national scores. Yes, I'm that shallow.
