SEC: Cats Cruisin'

By David Scott - March 08, 2007

The Wildcats are cruising in this one and 'Bama now has the look of a beaten team. The 'Cats are 9 of 22 from 3-point land and have raised their overall shooting percentage to 49 percent for the game (27 of 55). Considering they started 1 of 8, that's an impressive turnaround.

With 3:57 to go, Kentucky leads 75-57 and the Fat Lady is humming, if not flat out singing.

. . . 'Bama's Ronald Steele has seen no action this second half - not entirely sure what the dilly-o is there.

. . . In the team's first meeting this season, a 'Bama win at home, the Crimson Tide his 8 of 17 from 3-point land. Today they are 4 of 8. The Cats were 5 of 22 in that game, today they are 9 of 22 with just under four minutes left.
