SEC: Did We Mention It's Garbage Time?

By David Scott - March 08, 2007

As we finish off a 30-point bulge for Arkansas in this one, we are tempted to say this could be the worst half of basketball we have seen from one side (South Carolina) the entire season. The Basketball Gods will surely give us two barn-burners tonight (Georgia-Auburn and LSU/Tennessee) to make up for it.

The final score is 82-52 and the Cocks have been outsocred 51-28 in the second half, they also got doubled up on the boards in half No. 2, 23-11.

Four Razorbacks scored in double figures, led by 16 each from Gary Ervin and Darian Townes. Brandon Wallace led the Cocks with 16 of his own. The final points in the paint total was 40 for the Hogs and 22 for the Cocks.

. . . We'll be back in two hours with the pre-game for Georgia and Auburn.
