SEC: State Fans Get Loud

By David Scott - March 09, 2007

State has come out of the locker room with a more determined mindset that led to a 9-3 run to start the second half and has now led to a 43-39 lead with 15:28 left int he game.

State's fans are now the loudest they've been all day.

. . . Just some incredible end to end action and it's beginning to feel a whole lot like March in the very building where the 2007 National Champ will be crowned. Yee-Haw!

. . . Charles Rhodes plays with absolute reckless abandon and it has led to his fourth foul with 14:56 left in the game. He's been replaced by Jarvis Varnado and the score at 45-41 in State's favor. Let's keep an eye on the absence of Rhodes.

. . . Jamont Gordon had seven points for State in the first half and now has seven in the first 4:32 of the second half.
