UCLA Bruins over California and Stanford. He also considered Arizona, Arizona State, Oregon, Washington, Washington State and Virginia.

J'Mison Morgan is officially a Bruin

J'Mison Morgan of Dallas-South Oak Cliff, Tex., ranked No. 39 overall in Class 2008, has officially signed with the
UCLA Bruins, head coach Ben Howland announced. The 6-10 prospect had been granted a requested release from his signed letter to LSU due to a coaching change.
UCLA has the top 2008 recruiting class in the nation. "I am very, very excited that J'Mison is going to be attending UCLA and be a part of our program," said Howland. "He is a true center with excellent hands and outstanding overall skills. He is a fine passer, shot blocker and rebounder. J'Mison completes a five-player 2008 class that we believe gives us a great foundation for the future."

UCLA Bruins, reports TexasHoops.Com. The 6-10, 275-pound prospect had been granted a requested release from his signed letter to LSU earlier in the month due to the coaching change.

Morgan gains release from LSU
# New head coach Trent Johnson of
LSU has granted a requested release to Top 100 center
J'Mison Morgan of Dallas-South Oak Cliff, Tex., ranked No. 39 overall in Class 2008. Morgan, who had signed with the Tigers before the coaching change, is now considering UCLA.
"The bottom line with me will always be that I want players here who want to play for LSU," Johnson said. "There is some closure with this decision, but no player will ever be bigger than the program."
