# Michigan pledged Top 150 defensive lineman Adam Patterson of Columbia-Richland Northeast, SC., over Auburn, North Carolina State, South Carolina and Tennessee.
# Florida State gained Top 150 linebacker Marcus Ball of Stone Mountain-Stephenson, Ga; and Super Prospect linebacker Recardo Wright of Orlando-Dr. Phillips, Fla., who decommitted from Alabama. Top 150 tight end/defensive lineman Brandon Warren of Alcoa, Tenn., re-affirmed his commitment to
the Noles after considering Tennessee.
# Louisville pledged Top 150 defensive lineman Deantwan Whitehead of Birmingham-West End, Ala., over Auburn, Alabama and Tennessee. The Cards also gained offensive lineman Hector Hernandez of Naples, Fla., who decommitted from South Florida.
# LSU pledged Top 150 receiver Chris Mitchell of Marrero-John Ehret, La., over Miami-Florida, Colorado, Nebraska and Tennessee.
# Penn State pledged Super Prospect running back Brent Carter of Pottstown-Pottsgrove, Pa., who decommitted from Virginia.
# Ohio State has pledged the nation's top linebacker prospect in Larry Grant from CC of San Francisco, Cal., over Oregon. He was once headed for Florida.
# Mississippi pledged Top 150 defensive lineman Marcus Tillman of Meadville-Franklin County, Miss., who decommitted from LSU.
