# The Iowa Hawkeyes have a commitment from linebacker Tyler Nielsen of Humboldt, Iowa, over Purdue and Iowa State.

# Iowa State has a commitment from defensive lineman/linebacker Anthony Green of Missouri City-Fort Bend Marshall, Tex.

# Pittsburgh has a commitment from defensive back Jared Williams of Pittsburgh-Perry, Pa.

# Mississippi State has a commitment from receiver Co-Eric Riley of Lucedale-George County, Miss/Mississippi Gulf Coast CC, Miss.

# Michigan State has a commitment from offensive lineman Paul Simkovich of Latrobe-Greater Latrobe, Pa.

# Georgia has a pledge from linebacker Charles White of Blythewood, SC.

# West Virginia pledged quarterback Bradley Starks of Orange-Orange County, Va.

# Georgia Tech has a pledge from linebacker Brad Jefferson of Wrightsville-Johnson County, Ga.
