# Super Prospect defensive lineman Neland Ball of Jackson, Ga., has committed to Georgia over Auburn, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Mississippi, Oklahoma State, South Carolina and Kentucky.

# Linebacker Casey Matthews of Westlake Village-Oaks Christian, Cal., has committed to the Oregon Ducks over California and Georgia Tech, among others. He is the son of former USC and NFL standout linebacker Clay Matthews.

# Syracuse has a commitment from quarterback David Legree of Brooklyn-South Shore, NY.

# South Florida has a commitment from defensive lineman Claude Davis of Lakeland-Lake Gibson, Fla.
