# Tight end Max Dedmond of Evansville-Central, Ind., has committed to the Indiana Hoosiers over Purdue and Vanderbilt, among others.

# Linebacker Ricardo Thompson of Cincinnati-Withrow, Ohio, has committed to Minnesota.

# Central Florida has a commitment from kicker Blake Clingan of Coral Springs, Fla.

# East Carolina pledged linebacker Cliff Perryman of Richmond-Hermitage, Va.

# Northern Illinois pledged offensive lineman Scott Wedige of Elkhorn, Wis; and linebacker Ben Johnson of Somers-Shoreland Lutheran, Wis.
