Terps add DL Kabongo

# Maryland has a commitment from Super Prospect defensive lineman Masengo Kabongo of Congo/Fairfield-Fairfield College Prep, Conn., over UConn, North Carolina State, Illinois, Syracuse and Colorado, among others. The Terps now have 11 pledges.
