Game of Tips

BOULDER, Colo.

Turnovers have been painful for the Buffs. Oklahoma has turned two D.J. Wolfe interceptions into touchdowns in the first three quarters of the game. Just three minutes into the third quarter, Wolfe was able to adjust to the second tipped ball of the game and return the interception 28 yards to the Buffs 17. Allen Patrick would then take the next play into endzone for his second score of the day.

The third quarter saw a huge momentum shift in Colorado's favor. The Buffs would get three on the board with a Kevin Eberhart 41-yard field goal with 4:10 left in the quarter. On OU's next drive, off another tipped ball CU free safety Ryan Walters picked off quarterback Sam Bradford pass and the Buffs moved the ball to the OU 4 yard line before the end of the quarter.
