Put a fork in 'em

ANN ARBOR, Mich - Michigan's defense just made a goalline stand on an Oregon fourth and goal from the one. The team celebrated and patted themselves on the back. The problem: 39-7.

Despite stopping the Ducks on the drive, the second half has been just as much of a disaster for Michigan. The Wolverines have gained just 30 yards in their four possesions this half with Ryan Mallett at the helm. Now, in the fourth quarter with 10 minutes remaining, they're just looking for some sort of silver lining.

My silver lining for the team: It can't get much worse than this.

I'm headed to the field for the end of the game and the press conference, but I'll be back at the end for my wrap up.

Total implosion by both sides of the team today. They knew they had to score early and turned the ball over twice. Team was not prepared again.
