Third Quarter Observations

ATLANTA - If you were Georgia Tech's Chan Gailey, and you were planning to pull an upset on Clemson, this is exactly the way you would plan it out. This has been a very low scoring game dominated a combination of inept offenses and stiff defenses.

Clemson's Cullen Harper has been sacked seven times in the game, while James Davis has just 42 yards rushing and is leading the Tigers rushing game.
