UK-LSU Wrap-up
LEXINGTON, Ky. - Another No. 1 has fallen in a season full of No. 1 teams falling. Today, it was LSU's turn. The Tigers lost 43-37 to Kentucky in triple overtime at Commonwealth Stadium. The game ended with UK linebacker Braxton Kelley stoned LSU running back Charles Scott on fourth-and-two. Kelley said the game - and this season - have proved the parity in college football.
"Football is football," Kelley said. "Each player has a drive to make plays. All around the nation right now, people are doing that, and they continue to make upsets. People are doing that little extra and having that they can take that one extra step and make that big play that can be the game-changer."
Saturday night, Kelley took that one extra step, plugged the hole, made the big play and changed this season.
