Back within three

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - A 38-yard pass from Matt Ryan to Brandon Robinson set up BC at the 6-yard line, but the Eagles could only get a field goal out on their third trip to the red zone.

BC got pushed back after Ryan threw passes past the line of scrimmage on back to back plays, forcing Steve Aponavicius to make a 38-yard field goal.

FSU will now get the ball back with a three point lead and 8:52 to play. The running game hasn't been too effective for the Seminoles tonight so it will be interesting to see if Bobby Bowden tries to chew up clock, and looks to get a bigger lead in case Ryan is up for any more late game heroics.
