Defenses settle down, both teams start punting

COLUMBUS, Ohio - After both teams put points on the board in each of their opening drives, its been nothing but defense and speical teams through the midway point of the second quarter.

Ohio State, which never had to punt last weekend against Penn State, has already punted the ball a handful of times. Fortuantely, its defense has been applying tremendous pressure to Donovan. The Buckeyes have recorded three sacks already and have forced a number of hurried passes. Wisconsin has 90 yards of offense to this point, while the Buckeys have 119 and counting.

It appears Ohio State has met its first real challenge of the season, so we'll see how the young squad handles the pressure as the game approaches halftime.
