Deja vu at quarterback?

LUBBOCK, Texas - Just two nights after second-ranked Oregon lost quarterback Dennis Dixon to injury and then lost its game to Arizona, No. 3 Oklahoma is facing a similar situation against Texas Tech.

The Sooners lost quarterback Sam Bradford to an undiscolsed injury (believed to be a concussion) in the first quarter while holding a 7-3 lead. Since Bradford's exit, the Red Raiders have scored 17 unanswered points to take a 20-7 lead.

Bradford, the national leader in passing efficiency, has thrown 28 touchdown passes and only six interceptions. Just a redshirt-freshman, Bradford has helped lead the Sooners to a 9-1 mark and within shouting distance of the BCS title game.

But a loss to the Raiders would all but eliminate OU from that title chase, even though the Sooners still have the inside track on the Big 12 South title.

It's 20-7 with 11:35 left in the second,

Backup QB Joey Halzle has struggled since entering the game for OU, misfiring on his first four pass attempts.
