Terps strike first

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - No one saw this coming. Maryland just drove 76 yards in 2:10 to take a 7-0 lead on No. 8 Boston College

The Terrapins did everything on that drive that they haven't done this season: they threw long, they used play action and they called plays to the tight end.

The big play was a 43-yard completion to Darrius Heyward-Bey, a play action pass over the middle. Two plays later, Chris Turner completed a 12-yard pass to tight end Jason Goode. 7-0 Terrapins.
