Cowboys cruising in one-sided shootout

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Oklahoma State has had no use for punter Matt Fodge yet, having scored each of its possessions.

The Cowboys answered Indiana's opening-drive field goal with four straight touchdowns to take a commanding 28-3 lead.

OSU quarterback Zac Robinson has had it easy so far in the first half, completing 12-of-16 passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns. He has also rushed five times for 33 yards and a score.

Robinson's latest touchdown pass came on a crucial third down play in the redzone when he connected with senior wide receiver Adarius Bowman for a 14 yard catch. Bowman was literally the only player from either team in the endzone, the Indiana defense having bit on Robinson's option fake.

The Hoosier defense also blew an opportunity to stop Oklahoma State earlier in the drive when an interception by an Indiana defensive back was called off because defensive end Greg Middleton was offsides.

Indiana's offense hasn't fared much better, going three-and-out on consecutive drives. Quarterback Kellen Lewis has been heavily pressured by the Cowboys' defense and forced out of the pocket. He has gained 55 yards on five rushes.
