Ryan TD, but Beamerball picks up 3

JACKSONVILLE, Fl. - Matt Ryan might not be the fastest quarterback in the country, and not even the fastest on the field today, but he may be the toughest. Ryan's 16-yard touchdown scramble through several Tech defenders was his second rushing touchdown on the season.

The score came after a 75-yard BC drive on which Ryan was 5-5 for 54 yards, showing his ACC Player of the Year award is well deserved. Ryan is now 18-27 for 180 yards.

The BC momentum was tempered somewhat by when Duane Brown struck again with his second block of the game on the PAT, which was kicked up by Brandon Flowers and returned for two Virginia Tech points - a three-point swing that put the Hokies within a touchdown.

UPDATE: Sean Glennon just threw his first interception since the second game of the season, when Jamie Silva picked up his second turnover of the game on a deep ball. BC has the ball again and is now in Tech territory.
