Bad mistake by Teel

TORONTO, On. - Rutgers has squandered a glorious opportunity to add to its 7-0 lead.

Quarterback Mike Teel tried to force the ball into the end zone, but was picked off on the one-yard line by Ball State's Trey Lewis. The Scarlet Knights had moved the ball to the Ball State 29.

Ball State was in a bit of trouble after the interception, positioned just outside the end zone, but the Cardinals managed to notch a first down on a third-down pass.
