First punt of game by Rutgers

Toronto, On. - For the first time at the International Bowl, Ball State has forced Rutgers into a punting situation.

The Cardinals stuffed Rutgers star running back Ray Rice on a third-and-three rush. It's a good sign for the Cardinals, who remain within striking distance as they trail 17-6 with four minutes left in the first half.
