Fumbling All Around

DALLAS - Fumbles are abounding at the Cotton Bowl, sealing the victory for Missouri against Arkansas in the Cotton Bowl.

The Tigers lead 31-7 with 10 minutes, 25 seconds remaining in the game.

The fumbling started after Arkansas defensive end Adrian Davis intercepted a pass from Chase Daniel. But Daniel chased down Davis and forced a fumble, which the Tigers recovered.

But on the ensuing drive, Missouri tailback Derrick Washington gave it back to Arkansas.

Then the Razorbacks returned the favor. Missouri linebacker Luke Lambert forced a fumble from Arkansas wide receiver Andrew Davis.

The turnovers ballooned for Arkansas. After it forced Missouri to punt, Arkansas muffed the punt, and the Tigers recovered in the red zone.

Jeff Wolfert kicked a 32-yard field goal after the MU offense stalled.
