Rutgers strikes first

TORONTO, On. - Well, that didn't take long.

Rutgers showcased its high-powered offense on its opening drive, capping it with a 36-yard touchdown pass from Mike Teel to a wide-open Tim Brown to give the Scarlet Knights a 7-0 lead over Ball State in the International Bowl. The six-play march started with a 21-yard by Ray Rice.

This one could become one-sided in a hurry.
