PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Ray Rice just ran for another score to put Rutgers up by 32 after Buffalo finally broke through the drive earlier and notched a field goal. So as the third quarter quickly turns blends into the fourth quarter, Rutgers is up 35-3 and this one is essentially over.
