Big 12: Professional Visit

By Adam Caparell - July 24, 2006

Nebraska coach Bill Callahan took his team for a little field trip while down here in Kansas City. And he took the Cornhuskers to one of his old haunts.

Arrowhead Stadium was the site of the visit. No coincidence there that Callahan took his team to the site of the Big 12 championship. Quarterback Zac Taylor relayed how it was a special visit that lasted about an hour and it was filled with Callahan stories about his days spent coaching in the Arrowhead, most notably with the Raiders. Clearly - with Nebraska being favored in the Big 12 North - Callahan wanted his team to get acquainted with the new surroundings he hopes eventually become familiar.
