SEC: Putting It To Rest

By - July 28, 2006

LSU head coach Les Miles is up at the podium right now and in his opening remarks, the second-year head coach mentioned how the question most posed to him has been who he's starting at quarterback this season. Well, Miles wasted no time answering that question.

MIles said that the Tigers will look to junior JaMarcus Russell first. "We'll start with JaMarcus first," Miles said, adding that Russell was in better shape this year and that he was completely healed from last year's injuries. Miles added that he felt fortunate to have three very talented quarterbacks.
