Big Ten: New Face in Happy Valley

With a new quarterback stepping into the mix this year, the Penn State players attending today's media day seem to be confident in their new starting QB Anthony Morelli and have recognized his talents.

"He is a tremendous talent," Penn State linebacker Paul Posluszny said. "His biggest asset is he's able to throw the ball down the field and I think he may even be able to throw the ball down the field longer than Robinson. The biggest difference is that he can't run the field like Michael, but not many people can."

Penn State offensive tackle Levi Brown also shared optimism, saying that Morelli and Robinson are two different types of quarterbacks. "Morelli is more of a pocket passer," Brown said. "So the offensive line will need to block well to give him some more to sit in the pocket," Brown said, adding that he does not feel that the offense will really change as a result.
