NFL Draft: Crosby A Packer

By Adam Caparell - April 29, 2007

NEW YORK - Another note of congratulations goes out to Colorado kicker Mason Crosby, who just came off the board at No. 193 by the Packers in the sixth round. Crosby has been documenting his run-up to the NFL Draft exclusively on CSTV.com with his blog, Extra Points.

Crosby was disappointed he didn't go on the first day, but figured things would happen the way they were supposed to. However, it was rather surprising that the record-breaking kicker, considered by many to be the best one available in this year's draft, fell so far and was the third kicker taken.

Check back later with Extra Points to see what Crosby had to say about his draft day experience.
