ACC: Clemson is the ACC tourney champs

Just 'coz wunderkind starter Sean Clark gave up a harmless single to start the 9th, Clemson coach Jack Leggett took him out of the game. The result? The next two relievers gave up four runs as the lightning in the distance kept flashing and my flight time back to L.A. crept closer.

But NC State is eventually subdued and CU holds on to win the ACC Championship just before the impending deluge.
