ACC: Weather comparison and an appreciation for the Fiesta Dog review

By Eric Sorenson - May 25, 2006

Just in case any of you out there are wondering about the differnece between Jacksonville and Boston...

In Jacksonville: 93 degree high temperature. Mostly sunny. I.e.: broiling for my Scandanavian blood.

Boston today: 72 degrees with partly cloudy skies.

I will say this though, during this N.C. State-Virginia game, the winds have shifted from blowing straight out to left field to now blowing straight toward home plate, knocking everything down. It's also comfortably overcast now. Yes!

Oh, I busted a gut reading Glenn Tanner's review of the Fiesta Dog at the Big 12 tournament in OKC. Sorry bout the 97-degree temps though buddy.

The Pack currenlty leads 4-2 in the top of the 7th, Virginny is threatening. So are the dark skies.

more later.
