Athens: 11-5 Dogs after 7 1/2

Brandon Todd ended the bleeding for the Gamecocks, but not before Georgia added another run on a RBI single by Jonathan Wyatt, making it a 6-run lead for the Bulldogs.

RIp Warren returns to the mound, and it'll be interesting to see how Carolina plays these last two innings. It doesn't look good for the Gamecocks, but an aggressive attempt to come back might show good signs for a probable third game on Monday. If Carolina goes down quietly, UGA might have a significant edge in motivation moving into the deciding game.
