Atlanta: Georgia Tech advances to final

The Yellow Jackets beat Vandy in every facet of the game, victorious 7-3 on Saturday night. The game ended when VU's Pedro Alvarez knocked second baseman Mike Trapani down with a one-hopper, but recovered in time to throw Alvarez out at first.

At 5 p.m. Eastern tomorrow,Tech will play the winner of tomorrow's 1 p.m. Michigan-Vandy contest.
