Atlanta: Vandy's Davis pitching a gem

By Chris Lee - June 04, 2006

Vanderbilt's Ty Davis is pitching perhaps the best game of his life. Davis has struck out six Michigan hitters through five innings, using 67 pitches. Davis has retired the last seven hitters, and has thrown a beautiful change-up to keep UM hitters off-balance all day.

Vandy 2, Michigan 0 after 5. Vandy with one on, one out in the sixth.
