Lexington: Cards Give Cats a Taste of Their Own Medicine
By Chris Glasser - June 04, 2006
Kentucky has built its lead on two-out rallies. Ball State has returned the favor in the bottom of the eighth, turning a 11-5 blowout of a game into a 11-7 one that's now in doubt.
With the bases loaded and two outs, Mike Sullivan singled, bringing in two.
And the inning's not done yet. The Cats walked slugger Brad Miller, re-loading the bases, and brought in lefty Andrew Albers. Justin Rogers is at the plate and he represents the tying run.
