Lincoln: Very very very sloppy first 3-1 Manhattan

By Doug Kroll - June 04, 2006

I can't emphasize enough how sloppy the first inning of the USF-Manhattan game has been. SS Tavo Hall for USF had 2 errors on one play that allowed one run to score. Then with two outs, and a comebacker to Dufloth, threw the ball away with runners on 2nd and 3rd, which allowed Manhattan to score 3 runs on 0 hits and 3 errors in the first. In the bottom half, USF loads the bases, and a balk is called on Santerre. Third balk called in 2 days against USF opponents, weird!
