NCAA: Here in NY, thinking of Malibu

By Eric Sorenson - June 02, 2006

The man I'm most jealous of right now is easily Gus Elliot. He's the blogger that's taking in the Malibu Regional this weekend. I can almost taste the salt in the air as I imagine sitting at Eddy D. Field Stadium. But I'm in New York now... a hotbed of baseball. Just not the college variety.

Got in on a late flight last night, got to sleep around 3am or so and was up early today to do some on-camera work for the CSTV website. I worked with Kerri Waggoner on doing some season highlight package that should be up on the website soon.

I didn't screw up too bad. Had to re-record a few times. But no biggie. I kind of wonder what they would've done had I got up here and froze up huge or something? Or what if I was a stutterer? Or what if I cursed incontrollably? (Well, that might actually happen.)

More later.
