Auburn closes the deal

The Tigers win 11-6 behind catcher Josh Donaldson's homer, double, single, and three RBI. Three Auburn pitchers combined to strike out 14 Michigan State hitters.

The teams are each in action again Sunday. The Spartans (0-2) open the final day at Stanky Field as they take on Jacksonville at 11 A.M. CT. Auburn and South Alabama follow -- hopefully at 2:30 CT.
