Cliff Hagan Stadium

By Mark Etheridge - March 17, 2007

This is my first trip to Cliff Hagan Stadium in Lexington. I have been to all the SEC baseball stadiums now and the Wildcats have a pretty nice park. It isn't overly large -- capacity is 3000 - with most of the seats in the grandstand behind the plate. They did squeeze in 3529 last year for the Regional opener.

A new deck has been built in right-center and a mini-monster was erected in right. Commonwealth Stadium is seated just to the right, which is nearby to the proposed new stadium, a 4,000 seat showcase facility on a site just off Alumni Drive.
